ReplyDeleteI remember wanting a stove like that. Back in the day of course. I am new member number five. Congratulations on your new blog!
ReplyDeleteWelcome, Candy!
ReplyDeleteJust loving it! Love your Flair! :) Lucky lady! Will be back to follow you for sure. ~Danielle
ReplyDeleteOh how fun! This brought back memories. My mom had a Tappan back in the late 50's that looked very similar.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on a new blog! My Grandma had a flair, not as fancy as yours but I can see her pulling out that stainless steel drawer for the burners!
ReplyDeleteFun! Curious to see what neat posts you come up with. I love retro/vintage! :)
ReplyDeleteThis is a fun blog. Speaking of Carole Lombard...I did a blog post last fall on Oatman, AZ...a shabby little mining town on RT. 66. Gable and Lombard spent their honeymoon in the old hotel...but you probably already know that...lol! If you visit my blog...Zetta's Aprons...there's a picture from the old hotel. Oh...new follower.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to love your new blog. I've always admire your range and I do remember that one on Bewitched and had never seen one before! Good luck with the blog.
ReplyDeleteBe a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
Robin, I love this! Would love for you to link this post to Friday Favorites at http://imnotatrophywife.com

Oh I do remember! It must make cooking such fun.
ReplyDeleteBlessings to you.
Robin this is cool! I had a smaller version of this stove in the first house we bought and yes it cooked very well. It was the wonderful olive green. Going now follow!
ReplyDeleteLove the new blog! You know I love your stove and all things Bewitched! One of those stoves used to be in my cottage long before I bought it...I have a photo with it here. If it had been here when I bought this house...it would still be here. Love vintage stoves. One of my drawers under my range top came off the rail the other day. (I have yet to fix it...afraid I'm going to have to buy new rails) anyway...I'm thinking...that's it! I'd rather put a vintage stove in than fix that drawer again! Of course I don't have a vintage stove but if one came along right now I think I'd move hell and highwater to get it in my house.
ReplyDeleteYou actually have one of those??? Oh my heavens! How lucky! I remember seeing that stove on Bewitched and thinking those Stevens' must be pretty rich to have a stove like that! I love you new blog and will be following you.
ReplyDeleteBlessings
Linda
I'm in! It is my era, after all! Looking forward to see what you come up with! Following you!
ReplyDeletewe had something very similar to this in one of the first apartments we ever lived in. Then when we bought a house it came with a stove/oven circa 1942!
ReplyDeleteHi Robin, I guess this just answered one question I asked on another post. lol! I love retro and I remember your beauty of a Frigidaire Flair! Fun to see it on Bewitched. Thanks for sharing with SYC.
